2. Use License & AI Content

HannahBanana grants you a license to use our AI image generation service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms:

• You own the rights to images you generate using our service
• You may use generated images for commercial purposes
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• You may not use our service for illegal or harmful content

3. Credits & Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed when generating images
• All payments are processed securely through PayMongo
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

4. Content Policy

You agree not to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Attempts to generate realistic images of real people without consent

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.

6. Limitation of Liability

HannahBanana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
